LNG filling station

The integrated skid-mounted LNG vehicle filling device is consisted of skid-mounted chassis, one LND storage tank, one immersed pump, one LNG filling machine, EAG vaporizer and unloading pipelines, fluid adding pipelines and pressure increase pipelines. Other systems include instrument air system, gas alarm system, lighting system and PLC control system.

Fixed installation o the site can be performed according to customers' requirements.

The submersible pump skid and LNG LNG cryogenic tank, LNG filling machine and PLC control system or a combination of organic connection to skid, Reach Split skid-mounted LNG filling stations and integrated LNG station building requirements. Wherein, LNG submerged pump skid system is LNG cryogenic submersible pumps, pump tank, modular carburettor (Including unloading turbocharger, adjusting saturation heater, EAG heater) and Corresponding control valves, temperature, pressure transmitter, gas sensor, lighting systems, instrument cabinets and other integrated in a sled body. With unloading fluid, pressure, and fluid, adjusting saturation, pre-cooling system and other functions.

· Modular design is adopted for easy operation and maintenance;

· Humanized design is adopted for high automation;

· Vacuum pipeline and vacuum valve are adopted so as to reduce generation of BOG;

· Immersed pump level gauge is adopted so as to guarantee safety and reliability of the system;
